Terms of Service

RouteForms (routeforms.com) is a SaaS product that relays Google Form submissions to Slack channels you control, and routes them based on rules you define. We provide a web dashboard for setup, an HTTPS webhook for incoming submissions, and a delivery log.

You sign in with your Google account via our authentication provider (Supabase Auth). You are responsible for keeping that Google account secure. You may not share your account or webhook URLs with anyone you wouldn't entrust with your Slack channels.

You must be at least 16 years old to use RouteForms.

You may not use RouteForms to:

• Send unsolicited messages, phishing content, malware, or anything that violates Slack's, Google's, or your own organisation's acceptable-use policies
• Process personal data of third parties without a lawful basis to do so
• Circumvent plan limits (multiple accounts to bypass quotas, automated webhook spam, etc.)
• Attempt to compromise our infrastructure, reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with other customers' use of it
• Resell the service or wrap it in your own product without a written agreement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.

You own the form submission data you send through RouteForms. We process it on your behalf so we can deliver it to Slack and show it back to you in the dashboard. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

You are responsible for telling the people who submit your Google Forms that their responses will be forwarded to Slack via RouteForms, and for collecting any consent required by the laws that apply to you (e.g. India's DPDP Act, GDPR, CCPA).

We offer a Free plan with limits, and paid Solo and Agency plans that unlock higher limits and additional features. Paid plans renew on a monthly or annual cycle until cancelled. Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.

You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Prices and limits can change. We'll give existing paid customers reasonable notice (at least 30 days) before any change affects their renewal.

We make our best effort to keep RouteForms running, but we do not offer a formal SLA on the Free plan, and paid plans run on a commercially reasonable best-effort basis.

RouteForms is a relay between Google Forms and Slack. If Google Forms, Slack, Supabase, Vercel, Lemon Squeezy, or Resend has an outage, RouteForms may be affected in ways outside our control. We will not be liable for failures caused by upstream providers, network issues between them, or anything else outside our infrastructure.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing routeforms@gmail.com (a self-serve delete button is on our roadmap). On deletion we remove your forms, rules, Slack webhook URLs, submissions, and delivery logs.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if your account is inactive for a long period, or if continuing the service would expose us to legal risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RouteForms is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure, and we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RouteForms's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.

You agree to defend and indemnify RouteForms from third-party claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any person (including your form respondents).

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith discussion will be brought before the courts of Bangalore, India.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If the changes are material we will notify you by email and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use RouteForms after a material change means you accept the updated terms.
