Refund & Cancellation Policy

Short version: cancel anytime, keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and we review refund requests case by case within 7 days of the charge.

1. How billing works

RouteForms is a subscription product. Solo and Agency plans are billed in advance — monthly or annual — to the payment method you provided through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your Solo or Agency subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellation prevents the next renewal. You keep all paid features until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, after which the account drops to the Free plan.

We don't hide the cancel button or require you to talk to anyone first. If the billing page is having a bad day, email routeforms@gmail.com and we'll cancel it for you.

3. Refunds

We generally do not provide refunds for:

  • Completed billing periods
  • Unused time inside a billing period
  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal
  • Lack of usage after purchase
  • Partial months

We do review refund requests case by case for:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Billing errors on our side
  • Accidental double subscriptions
  • Situations where RouteForms was unavailable due to a confirmed issue on our infrastructure

To request a refund review, contact us at routeforms@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge. Outside that window we generally cannot help — but you can always cancel to prevent the next renewal.

4. When we won't refund

Even on case-by-case review, we will not refund in the following situations:

  • The account has been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service (spam, illegal content, abuse of plan limits)
  • The charge is older than 7 days and you didn't ask earlier
  • The charge is older than 90 days and your payment provider would no longer accept a refund anyway

5. How to request a refund review

Email routeforms@gmail.com from the address on your account with:

  • The email address on your RouteForms account
  • The date of the charge you'd like reviewed
  • Which of the case-by-case situations above applies, and a short note on what happened

We aim to respond within 2 business days. If a refund is approved, it's issued through Lemon Squeezy back to the original payment method and typically takes up to 10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Chargebacks

Please email us before filing a chargeback. Almost everything is faster to resolve directly with us. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes apply to charges made after the update date at the top of this page; older charges are governed by the policy in force at the time of the charge.
