If you can include the form ID (the one in the URL when you open a form inside RouteForms) and a short description of what you tried, we'll usually get you a fix in the first reply.

Billing

For invoices, plan changes you can't do yourself, refund requests, or chargeback questions — routeforms@gmail.com. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the windows and process.

Security

To report a vulnerability or a suspected breach — routeforms@gmail.com. Please don't post sensitive findings publicly until we've had a chance to fix them. More detail on our Security page.

Data requests

To exercise your data rights under our Privacy Policy — access, rectification, deletion, export, or withdrawing consent — email routeforms@gmail.com from the address on your account and tell us what you'd like us to do.

What to include

  • The email address on your RouteForms account
  • What you were trying to do
  • What actually happened (a screenshot or error message is great)
  • If a form is involved, the form ID from the URL inside the dashboard

Response time

We aim to reply to support and billing emails within 1 business day, security reports within 2 business days, and data requests within 30 days (the DPDP / GDPR window).
