Do I need to install a Google Workspace add-on?+

No. You paste a small Apps Script into your form and add an onFormSubmit trigger. We give you the script. You paste, save, and add the trigger. Takes about two minutes per form.

How is this different from Zapier?+

RouteForms is purpose-built for one job: Google Forms → Slack with routing. Routing rules are first-class (no paid Paths tier), agency client workspaces are built in, and every delivery attempt is logged with a one-click resend. No multi-step zap building, no per-task pricing surprises.

Do you support Slack OAuth or interactive buttons?+

Not in MVP. We use Slack Incoming Webhooks. Easier to set up, no admin approval needed. OAuth, channel picker, and interactive buttons (claim lead, mark contacted) are on the roadmap.

What happens when delivery fails?+

The submission is saved either way. Failed deliveries show on your dashboard as 'needs attention', and you can resend with one click. We log every delivery attempt with status code and error message.

Can I use this for non-lead forms?+

Absolutely. Support tickets, feedback, job applications, event registrations, internal requests, surveys. Anything that goes through a Google Form.

How do agency client workspaces work?+

On the Agency plan, you create clients (e.g., 'ABC Real Estate'). Each form is grouped under a client. Each client can have its own default Slack destination. Submissions, delivery logs, and failed-delivery views can all be filtered by client.

What does RouteForms store?+

Form responses (the JSON your Apps Script posts), routing rule configuration, and delivery logs. We never see the contents of your Slack workspace.
